Is that her? Is that really her struggling? Trying to scratch herself off of the ground and yet trying to be an actual part of the ground at the same time? Preparing her own grave just to be able to not exist any more?

Is that it? Is that so easy? Escaping?

If only she knew… knew that it’s not that easy. I mean if so, people would be nowhere. Long gone by now.. but that wouldn’t stop her anyway. She would still be the same person and go on doing what she has believed in. Smarty-pants!

Yeah.. life is a bitch. She knows that for sure. But what she doesn’t know is that people are bitches too. Damn cruel bitches! They always make you question yourself: “is something wrong with me?”

but no… nothing’s wrong with her. She sure is a unique person just as anyone else is. Yet, yes. She is struggling with the person she has always been and she is now. Trying to put herself somewhere. Instead, she has been put this huge useless hump on her back. Somewhere near her neck, and day by day it’s weighing a lot more. It’s stuck in there. Everytime she grabs it and throws it away, it comes back before too long.

She also carries tons and tons of bricks on/in her head. Funny though, she quit counting after it reached a hundred. The pile itself has already seemed enough to get intimidated. She did get intimidated. And people don’t give up too. They diligently add another brick to the pile and to be honest, that’s what they’re all really good at: increasing the other’s suffering.

Her downfall has yet been literally tragic. She is really looking forward to jump in to that grave. But she is not sure one thing: Is it deep enough to go? It seems not. So carrying on; her nails are bleeding, her arms are burning, her eyes are swelling and her knees are getting torn apart. But she? She doesn’t feel any of that shit. All she can think about is to be done with it as soon as possible. ‘Cause she doesn’t like the daylight any more. She doesn’t want to breathe. “Is it that bad?”

If only she knew… knew that it is that bad and it’s not gonna be okay. After all, what has turned her into this are yet the things life has given to her… as if it a nice present. But she is aware of the fact that it’s not a nice one. İt’s more like.. a crappy nightmare…

Well, she can’t help it. It is her nature to prevent people from doing stupid or wrong things. To her surprise, noone cares. On the contrary, they shamelessly act like she is the one who is problematic. Shamelessly… Yet, just as none of her warnings has worked for them so far, noone is trying to stop her burying herself in to the endlessness.. Everyone, but everyone is just standing there and watching her descending.

And yes, it is her.. it is really her lying there… waiting for someone to cover her back up with all that soil she has just dug up.. just as they always did for all these years..

But the question is: Will someone show up?

Dear lovely readers and friends,

i am so sorry and i feel so weird that i haven't been able to get in touch with any of you guys.. For those who are concerned about me: no panic!! i'm fine.. i'm not dead.. i somehow end up finding my way through living.. i manage to survive but my laptop did not.. i broke my laptop like two weeks ago and i still haven't got it back from the mechanics. this is me writing from a friend's computer, so hope this will do for now.. i miss you all so bad.. i miss my blog so bad.. i miss your lovely blogs so bad.. and i have no idea what you guys are up to lately and it's so sad that i haven't been able to catch up with them at all. hope you're not mad at me.. hope you haven't given up on me.. hope you still chase after me and hope you're still here even if i'm deadly gone for the stupidly stupid reasons i've talked above..

3 Things About Me: # 9

I = remember stealing a bar of candy, a couple of chewing gums and maybe some other things that i don't remember right now when i was a little kid.. { yeah, i know it's awful. and the saddest part is i still remember it. i know, i was just a kid and what we do as a kid doesn't really count but if i could, i would go and apologize from the grocer right now. like 14 years ago, there was a little grocery in the neighborhood and my mom would send me to buy some bread or some other things from there. and every time, i would like to use the change to buy myself a candy or a bar of chocolate. what else would a kid want, right? but sometimes, we didn't have that much money to buy whatever we want. i mean whatever i want. so one day, when i was on my way to school, i stopped by the grocery. it was very crowded and i stole a bar of candy. and i didn't know that big adorable man realised what i did. the next time i went there, the man warned me not to do it again. he tried to talk me into it's a very bad thing. but i have to admit: it happened twice or three times again after that conversation. so yeah, i'm so ashamed of my behaviour. but please don't hate me guys, will you?? }

I = love mirrors.. { i don't know what you guys think but i can't imagine how our lives would turn out to be without mirrors. because sometimes, even your reflection in a glass would be inadequate for you to figure out your image, no? assume there are no mirrors in the world: how would we know about our faces or our backs? what exactly is the color of our eyes? what kind of noses do we have? how do we look when we smile or cry?? have you ever think of that before? well, i do all the time.. and it'd probably be like this: we would ask someone to describe our appearance: face, hair, eyebrows, butt... and we would do this for the others as well. would it be enough for us people?? you answer that one..}

I = have lately been having strange dreams which always take place in the nightfall.. { well, they are not nightmares, so to speak. they are normal but also bizarre dreams. but the more bizarre part is that whatever i dream, it's always dim dark. even if i see beautiful things in it, there are no sun or daylight. and this really pisses me off!! i don't wanna sleep any more because i'm really afraid to be locked up in that darkness forever. and snow.. snow has also become one of the frequent images that appear in my dreams. and i don't like having it in the middle of summer. it is not sad to be good when you see it in summer either. the thing is i do remember almost every bit of my dreams.. sometimes it's awesome but in the times like this it turns out to be awful. it gives me the heebie jeebies.. and i don't wanna have them..}

The People Who Arouse an Urge of Killing in Me

People drive me crazy. LITERALLY CRAZY. SUPER DUPER CRAZY.

and most of the time, maybe every single time even, i get totally shocked by their chutzpah! my inner self and inner voice become like "What the!!!?? How dare you!?" but of course i don't listen to my inner turbulance at that moment, try to find my decency somewhere inside and bring it all out: JUST SMILE and try to ANSWER their questions PATIENTLY.. and trust me, sometimes it becomes the most difficult thing to get through.

What? Why? Where? Who? Whom? Which? When? How? Are you? Is he? blah blah blah..

i've never been so much sick&tired of all those types of questions. and i've never been so much scared of conversations beginning with 'Wh' and other question-like words. i feel really tired now. all tired. physically and mostly mentally. i really don't understand where the hell they can find that courage to ask me all those things like:

Q: "Why did you guys get married so fast or so young or while still studying at collage? Don't you think it was early?"
The Answer I Wanna Give: "None of your business!!" (Oh, sorry we didn't get your permission!!)

Q: "Why did you hire the apartment right below your parents' ?"
TAIWG: "None of your business!!"

Q: "Isn't that so close? Don't you think it might create problems?"
TAIWG: "None of your business!!" (How? My parents are not evil people. and nor we are!)

Q: "How is marriage going?"
TAIWG: "None of your business!!" (Why? Do you wanna know about our sex life or..?)

Q: "Why are you so thin? Doesn't that bother you?" (please keep in mind that i'm 54 kg and i don't know how much pound it makes)
TAIWG: "None of your business!!" (And i'm not thin! i'm okay with my weight! i don't wanna gain any!)

Q: "Wow!! It's been two years since you guys got married? Then it's time for you to have a baby. When are you having a baby?"
TAIWG: "None of your business!!" (What are you gonna do with my having baby? wait! Are you gonna babysit for us? well, thank you!!)

Q: "What do you do now? Oh, you don't work? Why? Tell your dad to get you a job (so-called sincere laughters/smilings)"
TAIWG: "None of your business!!" (i can't find a job you morons!! and it's not my father's duty to find one!!)

etcetera.. etcetera..

YET, i can't do it.. i don't wanna hurt them by being rough and rude even though they piss me off off off so bad!! and the thing is.. even if i explain the answers to their stupid, bulshit, godawful questions, they are not satisfied. Whoaaa!! NOT SATISFIED!!??? Seriously ****??

and this suddenly becomes the weirdest part of the aforementioned conversations: THEY ANSWER BACK TO MY ANSWERS!! and i guess they usually don't accept my answers because i hear them saying: "Well, of course you will." "Don't be rediculous!" "It'll be fine to do the exact opposite!" "Some day you'll understand we're right" etc. etc.

God, Seriously? Are you guys real?

and i really hate making explanations about my life.. to the most unnecessary people!! i mean i hate being made into it.. i hate being polite sometimes.. i really do.. and i literally don't understand why they have to be so damn curious. i mean how come they can think they have a right to bump their noses in to people's lives so comfortably??

Is this all because they are old? Is it because they might be ignorant? Is it because they love me and care about me? Is it because they want to circumvent? WHY??? WHY DO THEY KEEP DOING THIS TO ME/TO PEOPLE? IS IT ME? WHAT'S WRONG?

wish i knew the answer this time. wish i knew how i could stop it..

we have an old saying here: People's mouths are not pochettes so you can't shir them easily!! They're gonna say anything..

Make Your Choice: Eat Healthier

i know.. i know.. i LOVE fast food too. well, who doesn't right? -God i'm hungry- but considering the fact that we guys get worse and worse everyday (in terms of weight, health and stuff), we have to give it a stop as soon as possible, no? if you're not happy with your eating habbit, then here are some tips for you that can replace junk food:

1. Corn

*Prefer boiled corn to popcorn. trust me: it's also very delicious! and it's my favorite..

2. Seared Fruit

*Consume seared fruit instead of chocolate. it's quite common now.

3. Organic Chocolate

*Even when you will eat some, try to find organic chocolate. that'd be a clever choice!

4. Bread

*Instead of white one, do consume pumpernickel or the one with extra extra grain.

5. Dried Fruits/Nuts

*Eating a handful of dried nuts everyday is very healthy and it makes you feel full. it's yummy too!

6. Potatoes

*Go for the boiled potatoes, not the fried one. sprinkle some thyme and olive oil on it. this will make sure you'll have a delicious salad!

7. Say 'Stop' to Energy Drinks

*Grab a glass of water and put a couple of lemon drops in it or prepare some iced tea at home. the latter would be cooler!

8. Soup

*Drink some tasty soup instead of eating hamburgers.. well, you should think about the calories sometimes, right??

9. Fish

*Forsake the red meat for the white one many times. prefer fish and let your eyes shine better!

10. Fizzy Drinks

*Try the lemon soda and quit your relationship with the fizzy drinks. your stomach will feel better and your body will be at ease..

well, you know what they say: healthy things taste awful whereas the unhealthy tastes awesome!

i know it's hard to quit our habits and those cupcakes, pizzas, icacreams, hamburgers and stuff. but we should also think about the following years, right? i'll try to give it a try and i know it won't be that hard for me. hope you guys do the same 'cause what harm can you get trying?

It's Time.. for a Change {tips}

Let me guess: you've heard the phrase 'The only thing that does not change is the change itself' a million times before, right? well, if you think NOW is a great time for you to turn it into practice, then may i have your attention please! it's time for ya'll to get rid of the traits you don't like at all.. everyone'd love to experience 'change' once in a while depending on the situation, no? if that is the case, let's see what we all can do 'bout it:

1. Why do you wanna change?

*First of all, you should probably ask yourselves that question. you should think wisely and find a satifying answer for yourselves so that you can move forward safe and sound. if you hesitate to move on to the next step, then think again.

2. What's wrong?

*Remember: what caused you to consider changing? what do you think is the problem with you or your life?

3. Review the Past

*'The thing' you want to change about you.. what kind of troubles did it pose? do you think those were real troubles indeed? DO NOT forsake the traits that make you you, only because they cause you trouble!

4. Speak

*Talk to people who closely know you about the diagnosis you've come up with and be open to their frank comments. Listen to them carefully.

5. Do Not Expect Approval

*You can't change yourselves constantly demanding others' approval! be open to criticism. It'll be your guidance on your way.

6. Move Away

*You decided to change? Now, it's time to get back and disappear. everything will be okay in time.

7. Repeat

*Repeat yourselves from time to time what you want to change and talk to people you just met keeping this in mind. it's the right time you practise it!

8. Do Not Push

*Do not force if it doesn't change at all. wait for the right time and right place.

9. Employ your Imagination

*Think about what kind of a person 'change' will turn you into and which pros and cons it'll bring to you.

10. Be Ready!

*Chat with the new you as if it's someone else and let your imagination prepare you to new things and new times. Relax and sit back. Enjoy the moment!

This is it.. this is one of the secrets to get better and powerful. Listen to yourselves ladies&gentlemen! listen carefully, then you'll find the real you inside..

Help Needed!!

You guys..

i'm sure you do realise i'm trying to make some changes on my blog's design. since i can't afford to make a deal with a proffessional web-site designer right now, i've been trying to use my own abilities withing the boundaries of Blogger. well, i'm not sure if i've been successful with the changes so far, but i'm still working on it, to be honest. and i need your help because i don't know how to use new "PAGES" gadget on Blogger.

so you see the menu bar above, below the header? which says, you know, HOME ? ok. so i'm basically trying to diversify the menu bar. i want to add other things like ABOUT ME, AWARDS, THE REGULAR , BLOGROLL and etc. so that the look of the blog will be much less untidy.

so if you use PAGES gadget, can you please explain to me how to use it properly? OR if you use some other programme or HTML code (i.e. Edit Html) for that purpose which would work for me, can you please explain it to me as well??

i'd very much appreciate if you give a hand guys..

(Belated) Fill in the Blank Friday

Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to lovely Lauren's Fill in the blank Friday.. Lauren owns The Little Things We Do and she's doing an amazing job out there! you should really go check out her blog and even join this crazy chain.. i'm sure it's gonna be real fun!!

sooooooo:

1. The last thing I do before going to sleep is cream my hands and freshen up my pillow.

2. When I can't sleep I go nuts! it's awful when you close your eyes but at the same time, feel and hear everything around.. that's a total nightmare, i tell ya.

3. The first thing I do when I wake up is move my head hither and thither for a few minutes because i have this godawful neck pain every morning (and it hasn't gone even if i changed my pillow or my sleeping position) and then make my bed.

4. When I'm tired I become an intolerable humanbeing. I -most of the time- pout and pull a face and it's almost impossible for someone to make me smile or do anything fun. *sigh* i know, i'm ~~a bitch!!~~ such a sweet gal..

5. My dream bedroom would be a really plainly furnished one with a giant room. i'd prefer white and pastel colors like beige, soft brown, maybe a little bit pink or pinkish purple OR just some soft black with some black glass among that dreamy white color.. i would love my bed to be closer to the floor, not high. and i'd love to see the coolest and biggest painting/drawing/picture hang on one of the walls and its colors would better fit the colors of the room in general so..

6. If I could wake up anywhere tomorrow morning it would be somewhere much cooler please 'cause it's freaking hot out here and it's impossible to live in this weather let alone sleep!! but other than that; i'd love to wake up in Vegas ;) you know, everybody's talking about it and i so very much wonder what it's like to wake up there just for once.. but since it's obviously just a dream -because i don't live in the States- i'd give eveything to wake up under a palm tree, on beautiful white sand and just next to the ocean.. that'd be pretty awesome, no?

7. The longest sleep I've ever had was like 5 years ago. it was my first year at collage and i came to visit my parents for 3 days break. but since i got off the bus at around 3 in the morning -after a 9 hour bus trip- i directly went to sleep and when i wake up the other day, it was around 4.30 p.m. also, it was winter and it was getting dark at around 5 p.m. so i ate up all day sleeping and there was just one day and a half to go.. really??

8. I sleep on my stomach most of the time. but it changes. the only position i can't fall asleep is definitely sleeping on my back. even if i am tired like hell, i still can't sleep on my back. it's ~~awful~~ making me curse every time, trust me!!

9. When I sleep, I like to wear soft pyjamas and not-very-thick sweatshirts in winter. but if it's summer, it's much more comfortable wearing shorts and tank tops. that's for sure!! maybe a short light nightgown sometimes. that works too..

10. My bedtime is usually around 11 or 12 p.m. but this also changes according to how tired i am. if i'm not tired at all or don't want to go to sleep, it's way after 2 in the morning. and i usually spend that time listening to music or watching some good stuff on cnbc-e or e2.

I = have been one lazy bitch lately and i do mean it! {well, actually the thing is i can't figure out what the fucking problem is. i basically gave up everything. i quit regular walking, which i just started and which lasted about 40 days or so (i'm gonna get it back. promise). i haven't posted anything remarkable for like a reaaallyy long time, which totally pisses me off because my blog has gone from good to bullshit! and i've begun to worry about the possibility that this situation might make you feel uncomfortable, insignificant, bored, pissed off and finally digress.. and most of you already have walked away and i'm very sorry for that. so this makes me feel terrible, trust me.. but this shouldn't let you think that i'm writing to steal your attention or to get more followers or something. wait a minute, this would be great! no, i'm kidding.. of course we love the fact that people get interested in our blogs as we do for others and it feels kickass but my priority is to tell here something honest about me, myself and i.. whether you like it or not. and most of us follow this view and go for it, right? but lately, i'm seriously thinking about ending this blog, for i'm afraid you guys got really bored. but you know.. i haven't made my mind yet. anyway.. what i'm trying to say is that i don't feel like doing anything for a while.. do you guys have any suggestions for me??}

I = do not belive in any kinds of old wives' tales, superstitions, fortune-telling, the tarot or stuff like that.. {well, do you have any? the tarot may come in handy sometimes -i don't know- but these things are really not my cup of tea, so to speak.. on the contrary, they all piss me off for real because i don't think a bunch of people -called psychics or fortune-tellers or whatever- can tell us what is ahead of us or what we all should do for a particular occasion or which way to choose, blah blah blah.. so i have never paid for this crap and i will never do.. of course, there are thousands of people out there who especially look for qualified psychics to be able to lead their lives correctly. or even maybe some of you guys believe in these things either. i do respect what you people think for sure.. no objections for that.. but i just can't understand how some bunch of colorful cards or stones or shapes can undo the whole mystery in your life. and is it even fair?? where is that whole "surprise!" mentality then? you know..}

I = am indeed a tough/asshole person when it comes to making decisions or choices.. { it definitely sucks when i can't make up my mind and that is the very moment everyone -including me- wants to kill me like for real!! i think over things way too much even when i happen to purchase little someting. but when i take quick decisions, there is high possibility that i might regret my decision later.. and the list is very varied, trust me.. it can go from a hairpin to a necklace, from a bedsheet to an armchair, from curtains to a carpet, from pajamas to a perfect dress, from a fork to a plate and etc. In order for me to buy something quickly: a) it has to shock me as soon as i see it, b) i have to need it immediately/desperately so i don't pay attention how it looks like.. so basically, i might need someone with me when i go shopping so that s/he pushes me to decide faster.. i know.. this is awful.. stone me!!}

pee ess.. we celebrated second anniversary of our marriage the other day.. Tuesday.. my husband surprised me with a romantic dinner at a beautiful restaurant by the seaside.. it was awesome.. our table was adorned with red rose leaves and dim lit candles.. i know it sounds more like a cliché but it was the first time we had ever had such kind of a romantic dinner or something.. so it's kind of special for me.. then we went somewhere to have some drinks/coffee.. and yeah, it was also by the seaside but at a much higher place this time.. i would love to post some pictures about that night and i'd really love to share them with you guys but he forgot the camera at home so no photos related to that night.. it sucks i know.. but at least we lived through it, right??

Listening to Lady Gaga's Alejandro thinking how much it looks like Madonna's La is la Bonita (no?).. i hate this woman when she really makes some good stuff (which always queerly happens). especially when she writes songs that are really into my head all day even if i don't listen to them that particular day. well, i'm not a big fan of her but let's be honest: she knows how to rock and she knows how to write good songs! i know right?

i know you guys are mad at me (maybe you're not) but i don't know what just happened to me. i feel like committing suicide lately.. can i, please?? funny though.. ok ok.. don't freak out. i don't literally mean it. or maybe i do. i'm not sure..

what i'm sure is that i've really got bored lately.. of everything.. every single thing.. and i'm really sorry for not posting actively or not being around lately.. i REALLY am sorry.. like for real.. but i don't have the guts to write things here. it's like i've lost my muse or more like my sanity. i wanna break free my chains for good but i can't see where my chains are or more like whether i have chains or not. it's so weird. i'm really sick of this life. can i have another life please? no??

okay.. i have to be honest.. i haven't planned this post to be like this!! i mean i was gonna write about why i haven't been here for a while and what's going on lately but to my surprise, it ended up like this... wow!! it's weird.. i am weird.. i guess.. exclamation point!

well, i have to go cook within some short period of time because my mom is not home and my husband will come back from work within a couple of hours so i have to cut this short, which i really don't want in fact..

ok. first off, i just wanna remind there're just 5 more days for ECLIPSE and wow!!!

{it's gonna get all warmed up.. hmm.. i love battles..}

it has just come and i'm super excited about it.. well, even if my husband claims that whenever i see RPattz on screen, my jaw drops (which is totally untrue :) or maybe not..), he still agrees to come to the movie with me.. well, he's such a great husband by the way.. totally, yeah.. seeing he sacrifies himself for me to see Rob really makes my eyes full of tears.. well, hypothetically.. it's gonna be great, right pals??

aaannd second off, i have ot announce that my husband is officially done with his compulsory military service and he's been back for 40 days actually. and what's more surprising is that we're gonna live in my hometown from now on even if we haven't planned it like this.. we were gonna go find jobs in Ankara (which is his hometown) and live there. but it didn't go like that.. the plans have changed and luckily my husband's found a job here and he's been working for like three weeks now.. yay!! well even if he's paid little right now, at least he has job.. that's what matters actually.. and me?? no i don't work right now, which sucks.. but i really don't know what i can do or can't do.. yeah, i have a collage diploma and i want to get a master's degree but i don't know what's next for me. i'm gonna take an exam two weeks later on 10th of July, which will maybe enable me to become an English teacher. it's an entrance exam for teaching and when i get my grade, the YOK (Highest Education Estalishment) will place me in some school among my choices. and if my grade will not be enuf, i won't be placed and i will have to wait for the next year.. so i'm kinda worried about what's on the table for me.. and for the record: even if i'm taking classes to get prepared for the exam, i haven't studied at all.. so i'm kinda freaked out..

so since at least my husband has a job now, we have to hire an apartment for our own and purchase the furniture and get settled finally, which i'm really looking forward to because our two-year-old marriage couldn't grow up healthily because of so many displeasing reasons. so we really want to have a life special to ourselves.. and we've checked some apartments which we didn't like and now we're considering to move in the apartment which is just under my parent's apartment. i mean if we hire this apartment right below my parents', we'll be living in the same building, which everyone around disagrees. they say "you shouldn't live so close to each other. it wouldn't be nice" but i don't understand it at all. i mean do they think in terms of my husband or something? you know, he's not from here and he already works here and moving in so close to my parents' will ruin everything? but my parents are nice people.. i know right?? so eventually my mom and my husband have begun to reconsider this idea.. so we're kind of caught in the middle..

i mean what would you guys do?? how would you handle the situation??

the apartment is really nice and it's so close to the seaside and to the center of the city.. it has a nice view overall if we don't count that house before us which prevents our sea view to some degree.. if that house hadn't be there, my parents' house would be the only house right before the sea, which would be totally awesome for real.. but it's okay.. it's already pretty awesome right now..

and third off, my father and his partner has just opened a beautiful furniture store, which has seven different floors so that people can see most of the items that the firm produces.. (oh have i told you before what is my father's job? no? actually he and his partner owns a workplace in which they sell household appliances) it's been a grand opening in fact. the governor of the province, the mayor, some of our city's members of the parliment were there.. it's been a nice organisation overall.. so we were kind of busy with it before it got opened. actually it's been open for like 8 months but official opening wasn't made until two weeks ago. it was on 12th, June..

so that's it fellas.. this is the whole story about what i have been up to lately.. i can't say that i'm too busy to blog.. but ya know.. hope this post will make it up to you... at least for a while until when i take my exam and be free of this whole stress.. i'm gonna be here from time to time though..

Sunday Post: Remember Me

{i love this poster. it's warm and it tells a lot..}

yeah, i know i'm kind of like the last person to see this film. but before you don't give a damn, please let me explain. ok. so Remember Me hit the theaters on 30th, April but it travelled towards Turkey way later than that and it sucked. it totally sucked!! first it came to Istanbul. but since i don't live in Istanbul, i had to wait a little longer for it to make it to my hometown. and it finally did. so after all that wait period, my husband, my little brother and i went to see it last sunday for real and i was soooo excited.. yeah, like, for real..

but there was something wrong.. like, for real.. after i had read the critique of the film from different perspectives, i felt it was gonna be great. but something was wrong. either i didn't pay attention to the film carefully while watching or the critics were wrong. i didn't get impressed. not at all! and this sucked either. but. ok. i loved the performances. especially Pierce Brosnan and Ruby Jerins (that little smart girl) even if i went to see how Rob did in the movie. everyone was great.

it was a total drama and it served its purpose successfully. it was touching, it was distant, it was silent, it was loud, it was funny, it was sad and it was weird.. i loved the movie in general but like i said, i'm still disappointed and i still don't know why.. i think i looked for something different, something extraordinary. but it was so ordinary that anyone can easily relate to it somehow whether more or less. it was a great family drama and by "great" i mean the way they put it out there.. and the saddest part was the end where Tyler (Rob) committed suicide even if the things have just begun to look up for them. it was sad..

but the thing is, i love the movies that impress me soooooooo much that i can't get rid of them no matter what i do. i love the way they move me, the way they surprise me and the way they take me away. i love the way they become a part of my life forever.

but Remember Me is unfortunately not one of them (except for its ending...) even though it was a tough one..

soooooooo:

1. My dream vacation would totally be a really long trip to the USA or to ITALY.. that's for sure!! those of you who have been lingering here for a relatively longer while would immediately guess about my dream vacation.. after all that god awful stress i've been through lately, it'd be pretty awesome to take a soothing vacation to either place with my husband.. hell yeah! i really need that one *sigh*..

2. The best trip I've ever taken was -since i've never been abroad yet- the one to Antalya (which is on the very south coast of Turkey) where my husband and i had our honeymoon nearly two years ago (whoa! it's gonna be two years in July!).. the beach, the sun, and the nice hotel.. i'd totally love to get a second honeymoon if that's ok :) and the one to Istanbul which is on the very northwest coast of Turkey and which is the heart of Turkey.. you should really visit Istanbul once in a while in your life like Rhianna did :) and trust me it's totally worth it!! you will witness the footprints of those old centuries once you get there..

3. The most important items to take on a road trip are definitely an ipod (first things first), some delicious food because you don't know when and what you feel like eating on the damn road, and a good map in case you don't get lost :)

4. The next trip I'm looking forward to is actually anything!! we haven't planned any trip yet because my husband just got back from his 6-month compulsory military duty and just got a job (and yay for that!! he has a job now!!) and it proves that we won't we having any vacations for a little while at least until he proves himself at his job so.. i'm willing to go anywhere right now as long as it will be relaxing.. (would any of you have me please?? *sigh*)

5. If I had to pick one CD to listen to for a long road trip it would probably be MUSE or a kickass mixed CD because if it's gonna be a real long trip, Muse may not be enough to hold on to.. i don't know.. this one is pretty tough to decide..

6. The biggest disaster I've ever encountered while traveling was -well, i can't remember what was the worst thing but- that weird crap i had almost evey time i took a bus from the city i was studying in collage to my hometown.. the city i was studying in have the most harsh winter i've ever witnessed actually. i saw the - 40 degrees celcius (minus forty) and lived in that weather. and trust me it's awful!! it's absofuckinglutely freezing!! so everytime i prepared to travel, the outside was full of snow and cold weather so i put on really thick clothes. and after a little while i got on the bus, there went the radiators. it became soooooooo hot and we were utterly boiling!! and guess what?? no sleep at the end!! i took off my clothes one by one until i came across a t-shirt or something.. gosh, that was awful.. warning: if you know it's gonna be hot, don't you ever put on that kind of wooled cardigans or something..

7. My favorite traveling memory is the one the first time i took a plane trip.. it was wonderful!! when you fly high above the clouds for the first time in your entire life, you really feel like a beautiful bird.. i felt butterflies in my stomach when i first look down from that little window of the plane and it was so cool!! and the biggest part is that when it's high enough, you get above the clouds and there becomes a pure white blanket beneath your feet and a bright sky above your head even if there is a storm down there.. yeah, i would never change this feeling for anything..

I would love to write this post in Spanish now that i'm gonna talk about Barcelona, but no i can't speak Spanish (but that'd be weird because many most of you speak English though).. yeah, such a shame.. remember i told you guys that my parents were gonna take a vacation to Barcelona? no? well, they got back and i wanted to share some fantastic pics with you guys. maybe you've seen much more interesting places, but since i haven't been abroad yet, these are interesting enough for me :)

Prague holds this Sensation White party this year so he wants to be there at the time :) well, we'll see about that one because we need to find jobs to finance ourselves in the first place :) but i'd really love to go abroad for real.. i need a change. we need a change. so a little craze would do no harm right??

Horrible Slaughter!!

i just got an email from a friend of mine and i really couldn't believe my eyes.. i don't know if it's totally a true story but the pictures tell a lot about what's going on in there.. when you see the first picture, you think how amazing the place is like it's a miracle of nature, but as you move on you face the reality: there's no miracle and it has nothing to do with the climate or something ! it's just another stupid scene..

well, there's this queer celebration which is held every single year in Feroe Island, DENMARK. and the purpose of it is the fact that teenagers prove themselves to be adults by hunting and killing hundreds or thousands of Calderon dolphins! and people attend that celebration all around just to have fun and to see what's going on. and they do nothing to stop it! yeah, it is some kind of a ceremony that teens step into maturity. but i couldn't decide what is mature after i saw the view.. it really made me sick!

and as you can imagine, Calderon dolphins are so close to extinction because of a god awful understanding.. so here you can see how disgraceful and dishonorable the act is.. i'll leave it to your judgement:

Gosh, how i really need one..

i wasn't sticking around for a couple of days (you can guess it from Rob's long existence here..). well, actually my dad's aunt passed away last week so we were busy with the funeral and stuff.. and i took an exam yesterday to be eligible to apply for a Master's Degree. i don't think it did go super cool but we'll see. so i was kind of into studying for it for the past couple of days.. and now i'm not sure if it was worth studying..

and i know it was Mother's Day yesterday.. yeah, we celebrated mom's and i got her a beautiful bouquet of red roses with a white one in the very middle of it.. and she loved it for real :)

so before i forget, Happy belated Mother's Day to ya'll mothers, future-mothers, and not mothers but has mothers..

i know we all owe our mothers so much and none of us can pay them back!!

You know what i have a weakness for most?? definitely shoes and watches!! and due to the fact that i can't wear those beautifully beauiful high heels, my passion for it has grown bigger and bigger.. it sucks when you want something so bad but you can't fit it to yourself (right?).. that's what I have between those high heels and myself.. i guess i have to learn how to walk with them asap because i'm getting really tired of people's reactions like "are you 23?? come on!! you don't look like 23!".. yeah, i know it sucks.. but the reason of their reaction stems from my style.. loose shirts and t-shirts, mostly sports wear, sweat pants and sweat shirts, skinny jeans, converses or sneakers, rarely flats and sandals, really rarely platforms.. yeah, i'm that girl who is really comfortable in those loosy stuff.. *sigh* but when i see some good taste of fashion, i can't help myself thinking how kickass and gorgeous they are.. nice jackets and pants with some great high heels.. beautiful dresses, tunics and shirts.. (sorry i'm not a skirt person. only dresses are welcome)..

so i have some eye&foot candies for us all over here.. i just found shopbop.com and fell in love with the pairs below, which i bet you're gonna dig too!!

how i really wish to be somewhere like this

my parents are taking a vacation to Barcelona, Spain

on the 13th, May..

well, not for dad but this will be

the first time that mom will go abroad..

and i don't think

she's really excited for now

but i'm sure she's gonna freak out when

she actually arrives in Spain..

well, not that i saw Spain before,

but i'm sure it's awesome!!

so i'm beyond thrilled that they'll

take this vacation :)

i'm sure it's gonna be fantastic

for them two..

i'd really love to go see there instead of them

but it's not possible obviously..

so i'll wait

for the next time..

Lovely Stories #4: Death or Dread??

Yes, she did.. she kept waving.. waving behind all those -hopeless- hopes she once had passionately; but now they were all gone far far away from her. no, she didn't let them go. they insisted on leaving. even if she didn't know why, they did get out of her entity and then of her body by force. and it was quite powerful! so powerful that she couldn't resist any more. eventually she had to let them all go against her own will. they totally tore her apart while leaving but she didn't mind "if they were so willing to get away from her".. so yes, she let them go.. finally..

but still, she kept waving unaware of her own action... unaware of the surrounding... unaware of the blood she was shedding. however, she was very aware of something which was utterly strong. that it hurt! it hurt so bad... and that was the only thing she was able to feel..

but there was one thing she was sure: after all those years, she couldn't let them go without a ceremony. she had to bid them farewell. because they were her family.. they were her children.. they were her inspiration.. they were her life.. after all, how the hell was it possible for her to keep going without them, when she needed them most??

the ambiguity as to where they headed for was literally awful. she raised them with every possible way she could and now she was witnessing their departure.. and the thing was: she had never considered that this might happen.. no, she hadn't...

the idea that they would dwell in someone else's heart or body was a complete disaster. and that was the moment she felt betrayed. she couldn't take it, no.. no.. now she panicked but didn't want to let them see her panicking. that would be no good for her. she wouldn't show them that she was weak now. nothing but weak. but she couldn't help herself:

"you're gonna come back, right????????????" shouting..

"_________"

no answer.. she wanted to repeat her question but just in time she stopped herself.. there was no point asking it twice now that they didn't answer.. still, "hell yeah!" she wished they come back soon.. real soon.. because she didn't know what to do without them, did she?

she had lived all those years knowing that they were somewhere inside of her no matter what. every time she was on the verge of falling down, there they were to hold her. and that's why she loved them.. they were like the softest feather-bed ever! they always helped her getting out with no injuries but this?? yeah, this was unacceptable..

this was unacceptable because she hit the ground so hard this time.. that was why it hurt so bad.. that was why she shed so much blood.. that was why those tears came out of her eyes.. that was why she felt so hopeless for the first time in her life.. so that was why she hated them as well.. for the first time in her entire life...

"now what??" she thought. "now what????????????"

"is it possible for someone to live without hope?" she wondered.

"will everything be okay?" she internalised the situation.

"how the hell they can't see that i'm suffering??" she sighed. "how?"

"how the hell they don't even look back?? even for once?" she frowned.

"haven't they ever loved me??" she got shocked!

now it hit her.. like a flash.. indeed, had they ever loved her?? yes? no? if they had, why on earth they would be leaving right now?

were they mad? did they get bored of her? did they really get tired?

did she do something to offend them? all of them?? yes? no?...

damn it!! she didn't know. they didn't tell her anything.. anything at all.. they just left.. suddenly and unexpectedly..

so among all those questions, she was trying hard to make them come back, not realizing that they were farther away now..

"is it fair??" she shouted. "is it fair you motherf***ers??"

she was right: was it fair? after all, she was the one who let them grow so beautifully. and looking behind them, she once more realised how beautiful.. how great and glorious they were.. and how happy and comfortable she was when she had them.. such bright times indeed...

but she was such a mess now.. she was gone either.. they had taken the best of her with them while leaving but neither of them knew it yet. it felt like her brain fell apart, her memories fade away, her dreams came false and her heart ripped off..

so having all those wounds, she still kept waving behind them.. with her hand high and her body trembling..

yeah, she still kept waving... without even considering the fact that she might be the one who really let go of them...

against noone's will...

Hello friends!

I am beyond thrilled to be in Seyma's part of the worldtoday. She asked me to be her guest and I couldn't stop smiling for aday or two. I just adore her... as I know you all do too, or else why would you be here? If you don't know, I'm ~KS (Kristen to some) and I reside over at While We're Waiting...

Seyma and I live a world apart... thousands and thousands of miles apart actually. And yet... despite the distance, we have a very strong connection. For lots of reasons, but most importantly, because we both recognize how amazing Mr. Pattinson is.

Yup... as soon as she did a post on his god-like good-looks and his sexified vampire portrayal... I knew I had found a life-long friend. Seyma is much nicer than I am though... she has opened her heart to the other Kristen... Kristen Stewart that is. Me- not so much.

I say I hate her... which is entirely unfair because I don't know and I am sure she is quite lovely in real life...but if I'm being honest, I'm just crazy jealous of her. Can you imagine getting to kiss him... to hang out with him... to have him look at you like there is no one else in the world he'd rather be looking at?

Swoon- I wish.

I think if I could trade places with her for a day... well, I'm not even sure I would survive it. And despite my raging jealously... I have to admit they seem to appear happy. And they look good on each others' arms... And they're in love... Yeah... I still hate her.

Do Not Stare At My Chest. Or my lips. Or my ass.
Guys take note-”You have amazing boobs” is not appropriate first date dinner conversation. Also? Stop staring at them. You just made things awkward, congrats buddy. I know I have an amazing rack, and she probably knows she does to. There is no need to completely creep her out so soon.

Do Not Take Me Out When You Are Having The Worst Day Ever.
I once went on a first date with this guy who mentioned that his aunt was very ill a few days before our date. I asked if he wanted to reschedule, and he assured me no, that she should be fine. Saturday rolls around, and it’s date night. I met him at the restaurant–thank you, Universe–and when I got there he.was.crying. On the phone with his mother, talking about his aunt, who had passed away earlier that day. Now, please don’t misunderstand. I felt absolutely horrible that he was going through such a thing, however–I barely knew the dude and would have completely understood if he called to reschedule. It was beyond awkward–after a drink, I ended up telling him he should go home because he.was.still.crying, and I never went out with him again. Cold? Maybe, but it showed poor judgement on his part.

Ladies-

Do Not Text or Check Your Phone Repeatedly.
I’ve been majorly guilty of this one. I actually got called out on it by a guy I was seeing after he took me to an NHL game. We are all so connected right now-Twitter, Facebook, Instant Messaging, Foursquare, etc all in the palms of our hands. In my mind, I was just sharing with almost 1,000 people my first real hockey game experience. To him? I was ignoring him and paying attention to the virtual world more than him and being completely rude. I felt like a total asshole, and luckily he forgave me. My phone is now on silent and in my bag during dates. This guy likes you, and wants to get to know you. Disconnect, and engage with him. Love, learned it the hard way Liz.

Do Not ‘Not’ Offer To Pay.
Key word ladies…OFFER. As my good friend L.A Idiot says, “Yes, offer. But a good guy will never let a girl pay.” I’m as old fashioned as they come, and have never paid on a first date. This doesn’t mean I didn’t reach into my bag and grab my wallet while offering to pay. Of course I did. He should shut you down immediately, but it’s just rude not to offer. Also, don’t forget the two most important words (in this case)-THANK YOU. Say thank you. Immediately and sincerely. Manners are hot, entitlement is not.

Don’t Put Out.
As another male friend said, “If you do, you’re a hoe in my book and it’s on to the next.” I know, I know I’ve been there. Amazing first date! You don’t want it to end!! You feel like you’ve known this person forever! The chemistry is crazy! You don’t “usually” do this! According to both my guy friends, sex on the first date is the worst thing you could do. It’s not brain science. If you want to be treated like a lady-act like one. Make him work for it, and keep him coming back for more. Cuddleslut it up to your hearts desire, though.

April 23: Turkey celebrates National Sovereignty and Children's Day

Today is pretty significant for Turkey and -i think- for all the children in the world. M.K.Ataturk, who is the great founder of Turkish Republic, declared that he dedicated April 23 to the children of the country (and of the world) to emphasize that they are the future of this newly-founded country and the new nation. Ataturk and his followers adopted sweeping reforms to create a modern Turkey, divorced from her Ottoman past. In unprecedented moves, he dedicated the Sovereignty Day to the children and entrusted in the hands of the youth the protection of this sovereignty and independence. Every year, Turkish people celebrate both "Sovereignty and Children's Day" together as a national holiday.

The authorities in Turkey tried hard in the last decades to internationalize this day and tried hard to host many children from all over the world on this important day. During their stay in Turkey, the foreign children are housed in Turkish homes and find an important opportunity to interact with the Turkish kids and learn about each other's countries and cultures. The foreign children groups also participate in the special session of the Grand National Assembly. This results in a truly international Assembly where children pledge their commitment to international peace and brotherhood. The importance of April 23 as a special day of children has also been recognized internationally and United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) endorsed this important day as the International Children's Day.

so today we celebrate the 90th year of our Grand National Assembly of Turkey.. and no other country initiated such a meaningful act for their children but Turkey.

A Broken Birthday..

Have you ever felt weird about the fact that you can't celebrate the birthday of a person you love or care about even if you want to?? well, i think this is THAT sort of weirdness i feel right now.. today is my husband's birthday but i can't celebrate it because i can't talk to him whenever i want to. i usually wait for him to call me because he can't use his cell phone out there.. and this is one of those wait-him-to-call days so to speak. and it's kinda sad that he's spending this special day all by himself in his brigade. so i'm really sorry for him..

i can't call him.. i can't reach him.. but now i wish i sent him a postcard and made sure it'd be there on time. i didn't think of it earlier to be honest. wish i could...

hope at least his friends out there make him smile today..

hope he's not unhappy on this special day..

3 Things About Me: #7

I = have always wanted to be a kickass dancer or singer! { i don't know why but i've always been in love with people who can really sing or dance. i'd love to have a magical voice that capitvates everyone. well, i can play drums -the whole set- but it's not enuf to sing,, right :)? OR i'd love to use my body really flexibly. i admire all kinds of dancers but especially break-dancers. gosh, they are really talented. but i'd also love to tango with that strong passion needed.. sometimes i imagine myself like those free and able-to-do-every-move dancers. and THAT is the moment i want to conquer the world..}
I = am said to be a very naughty girl when i was a very very little kid.. { my mom always talks about how i used to leave her in a tight spot when there was people/neighbors around. i would never ever listen to her and do what i wanted to do. of course every child is naughty somehow, but s/he has her/his own way of behaviour, right? For example: acorrding to my parents, if i liked the outfit of another baby and wanted to wear it but the baby didn't give it to me willingly, i would make her to take off her clothes by force and put it on me and make her to wear mine, again by force.. terrific, isn't it :)?? well luckily, i'm not doing it right now :)...}
Every night, i promise myself that i'll start (exercising) walking by the seaside in the mornings but i become too lazy to do it when i wake up! {ok. now you may get shocked but i've never done exercise in my life before. i know it's kinda creepy but i was never enthusiactic about doing it. i would take a walk from time to time but it couldn't replace exercising. and now i can see how unflexible my whole body is. and i'm not even sure if exercising will work from now on. i wanna do it really badly but sleeping outweigh i guess :) all things aside, i have make myself go take a walk or run every morning.. am i alone??..}

can't believe it's been over 100 days

the days are passing relatively quickly

for me..

there's just like 40 days or so left

for you

to finish your duty out there..

then you're really done with the military!

i know it's been pretty hard for you

to get used to your kinda

"locked up-prisonerlike-dull and boring"

situation.

everytime we speak on the phone,

you get to mention how

boring, exhausting

and useless

the days are out there..

it's kinda fucked up!!

but look on the bright side:

i'm pretty sure you've learned a lot

and you've experienced enough

for you to lead your ideas..

at least you've figured out what kinda life

Ya'll know it's freaking awesome when you receive awards from blog pals, yes?? well, if you don't yet, i certainly do!! and you feel really weird (beautifully weird) when someone thinks of you, talks about you, somehow links back to you and (somehow again) loves you... wouldn't you agree on that fellas?? well, i totally would.. i'm telling ya: don't ever underestimate the power of blog world :) it's crazy as hell..

some of you build real-life friendships through blogging as far as i know, right? you really do meet and see each other. become very very close. well, i don't have that kinda relationship so far because alomost all of you are far far away from me and that's a god awful feeling :( but i do have some kinda strong bonds with some of you guys. at least i feel that way i believe, don't you?? i haven't met any of you so far but i kinda try to compensate that through what i read and write here in this crazy environment..

i really love ya'll and i try to catch up every single thing about you.. and i really feel closer to you each day.. i don't know if all these are valid for you, but i'm hoping that i've getting close to be among your friends..

so having said all that, i have some thanks to pass out humbly:

Hello my lovely readers,

how are you doing? is everything ok out there guys? well, i have some kickass stuff that i'm pretty sure you will dig and make you feel awesome if you're not in your greatest mood.. ;]

i just found some fun stuff from tees to headbands and i wanted to share them with ya'll 'cause i know you're so into these kinda stuff, no? it's gonna be fun :) so let's go...

first off, i literally flipped these t-shirts! they are pretty interesting and it's the first time i hear about this trademark. YATT Store designs these pretty t-shirts and here are my favorites:

Sunday Post: The Runaways

Has anyone seen The Runaways yet?? i'm really curious about that movie because it seems really authentic and different from most of the latest movies, no? BUT it's such a shame that it's not hitting the theaters here in Turkey! and i don't understand why..

anywayzz, the thing is.. i really wanna see Robert and Kristen act in different movies so that i (we all) can judge/understand their acting better. and not only that, but also i don't wanna have to think that on of them is a hot wampire while i watch a movie :) besides, i really don't wanna base their acting on only Twilight (am i wrong?). so i'd love to see Remember Me and The Runaways.. luckily enough, Remember Me will hit the theaters on 30th, April inTurkey (well, but i'm still not sure whether it'll come to the city i'm in right now)..

Not that i know about Dakota, but Kristen seems very interesting as Joan Jett in these pics.. she really seems to rock it all!! i think she perfectly fits for the character with her appearance and her attitude.. i had a chance to watch and listen Joan Jett on Jay Leno and there i thought Kristen was the best choice..

so folks: if you've seen it or plan to see it, please let me know how it is.. well, for the time being, DVD will be all i have i guess..

so let's go:

1. The best piece of advice I was ever given was that everything happens for a reason. sometimes you can't change the consequences. what's done is done. sometimes it's not in your control. so stop whining and let it be.. it's for the better. if you're stuck in the past, you can't see what's ahead of you.. (but i can't really practise it most of the time)

2. If I had a million dollars to give to one charity I would give it to (sorry i can't remember specific names) the one that helps African people. especially African children. they need much more i believe!

3. If I got to choose my "last meal" it would be many things actually. i don't know what to pick :) and i now wonder: would it be possible??

4. My hair is kind of agressive and fluffy! i really like and hate my hair. and it depends on whether it gets into that shape i want or not. it's like light brown. it's not straight, it's not curly. but it's something in between. a little wavy. so generally i make it into a bun. but when it's ok, i leave it be as it is. and that's the moment i become like Kristen Stewart :) i get my hands into my hair a lot too..

5. If at first you don't succeed then here we go again.. i haven't seen it happen at first shot. it's very rare indeed. and it's those rare times that makes you proud! right??

6. I have always been very well-intentioned and naive. and have always been afraid of confrontation because i don't wanna hurt people's feelings and don't wanna get hurt either. but as i progress, as i gain much more experience, as i LIVE i get to learn that it's impossible. everything begins to hurt as you grow up. i know we all need that negativities to carry on or to mature but i can't help it. this is not the world i imagined i would be in! so as a result of all these, i've begun to be more furious and more disappointed..

7. Oh....and by the way.... have i told you that the time comes closer and it's beginning to be much more scary than ever to get my husband back here in May (i don't know what to do after not seeing each other for 5 months. it feels like we're gonna be strangers or something) and to have to start our life quickly by finding good jobs and an apartment to live in? yeah, i know.. it scares the hell out of me too..
